No person who is not a part of this User Terms Agreement shall have the right to impose any condition, if this User Agreement is translated into any other language, whether within the website or not, the English text shall be considered as the original reference.

22. Governing Law:

This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait and shall govern the termination or end of the User Agreement for any reason.
